An unexpected arrival

"Overwatch? Overwatch do you copy?"

Hello STAR Labs, have one deeply confused and as a result, deeply disgruntled vigilante. A fight in Star City, a flash of light and suddenly he's six hundred miles away?

Oliver scowls as the comms report back nothing more than static. His hood is pushed back as he takes in the quiet surroundings. "Barry? Cisco?" What the hell had gone wrong?

"Oliver? Who's Overwatch?" he asks. Barry looks a lot more fresh faced than Oliver might be used to seeing him.

"Barry?" The mask is gone by now and he's paced the entire length of the Cortex. "Did you bring me here? Why didn't you call first?"

"Ollie?" Barry comes skidding into the room in his normal street clothes. "Oh, thank goodness! I've searched the whole building, it's just us. But something seems different...I don't think this is my STAR labs..how did you get here?"

Blink. "All kinds of people? What are you talking about?" Is this another sort of crisis counsel? A group of them brought together to deal with some threat? "Are they suited up? Are we dealing with a threat?"

He takes his hands out of his pockets.
