[He lands on his feet after the breach and stands up slowly. The hooded figure doesn't recognize the place that he's arrived in and frowns even more deeply at the screens around him. He keeps a firm grip on his bow as he takes a few steps to look around cautiously. One minute, he had just left Laurel and Tommy's place. The next, he's here.]

[ooc: voicetesting oh god be gentle.]

[He narrows his eyes at him, ready to use something if the kid got too close]

Like I said, I'm afraid you've mistaken me for someone else, kid.

[Sorry, he's ready for trick arrows this time. Fool him once and all that.] Again with the kid stuff? You aren't that much older than me you know. Your name is Oliver Queen. You're from Starling City and you have a little sister named Thea.

And who are you?

[He doesn't like how this kid knew all about him and his family. But he's been through so much, he's just tired.]

My name is Barry Allen, and in a few months maybe, we're going to meet in Starling City. I even manage to save your life before going home.

You're the reason I became a hero, Oliver. You inspired me. You are the one mentor who's never let me down.

[His grip tightens on his bow]

You definitely have the wrong person. I'm not a mentor. No one should follow in my footsteps, Barry Allen.

[He looks around, trying to gather his bearings.]

Yeah, about that. [He rubs the back of his neck.] I was hit by lightning shortly after I came home and spent nine months in a coma. When I woke up - I had superspeed.

You were the one I went to for advice. You told me that I could inspire people, that I could make a difference. You have always been there when I needed you Ollie and I've tried to do the same.

[He looks back at the kid. Whoever he thinks Ollie is, it isn't him. He moves away from Barry.]

Where exactly is this place?

We're not really sure. It looks like STAR Labs, a place in Central City, but it kind of isn't. It's a little more like some kind of interdimensional nexus point, pulling in people from all kinds of different realities.

Oh. Um. There's another you around here too. [And like five of him, but one thing at a time.]
He's a little twitchy too so, you know, don't do the whole 'shoot first, ask questions later' kind of thing okay?

[Did Barry talk to Felicity? Or Dig?]

If there's another me, wouldn't he also shoot first and ask questions later?

[Plenty of times back home but without one of them here? It's a little tricky.
He grins easily at the question though.] Yeah well, he's from a different version of Earth and he's got a boyfriend with him to keep him from doing that.

He what?

He's got someone with him from his Earth. Someone he cares about even if I'm pretty sure he hasn't said the big "L" word.

[Barry gestures at one of the boards in the Cortex] See I'd explain the whole multiverse theory but you've told me before not to because it's science and physics and I kinda tend to ramble.

[He's rambling now. Oliver reaches up and pushes back at the hood. This face may not be one Barry is as familiar with. Oliver's got a mission. He has a lot that he has learned in the last few years that keeps him in the darkness]

If he's like me, he would be smart to not have that guy around him for very long.

Yeah, see I'm pretty sure that they've had that exact same argument more than once in the past. But he's kinda stubborn.

Well to be fair, both of them are.

Are you that close to them that you know what they fight about?

[He turns off the voice changer since well...seems to be a moot point right now.]

Yeah about that. [And this time he's full on blushing.] He's kind of involved with a Barry from his Earth. But they're, um, they're good together.

Oh.

[Well, that throws him off.]

That's...good that they're good together? I--

[He's not good. Not at all. With anyone he's been with since he's gotten back, with Laurel, hell, or even Sarah.]

That's good.

[Oh he's good with someone, he just doesn't know it yet. But Barry does and he mercifully lets the matter drop.] Anyway. Just don't be surprised if you see them. There are a few of us running around here.

Come on, I'll show you around.

[He's already getting a headache from this]

How do we get home, then?
