So when Caitlin pops out of the breach and skids along the slick floor of the Cortex of STAR Labs, she is laughing. Until she realizes there's no victory cry from Cisco. No sounds of Barry or Iris or even Joe wandering around. No grumble from Harry either.]

[A frown. A misbreach?] That's not like him. Cisco's aim is careful. [His powers frightened him so much at first, he wouldn't take a shot without being positive about the result.] Something must have disrupted the multiverse. I was taking the stable breach back to STAR Labs and wound up here instead.

Yes. I was leaving Earth 2 with the intent of coming back to Earth 1. But I wound up here instead.
